These roasted red potatoes are a simple yet flavorful side dish that pairs well with any main course. The combination of olive oil, garlic, and rosemary infuses the potatoes with delicious aromas and tastes.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb red potatoes, washed and cut into quarters
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Rub the red potatoes all over with olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper in a large bowl
Put the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper
Spread them out in a single layer
Place the potatoes in an oven that has already been heated
Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and soft
Stir them every 15 minutes to make sure they cook evenly
When it's done, take it out of the oven and serve it hot
