Ingredients:
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups mushrooms, chopped
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, for cooking
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Pulse cauliflower in a food processor until it looks like rice
Place the cauliflower rice on a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much water as you can
Add the mushrooms, almond flour, garlic, nutritional yeast, tamari, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to a large bowl
Mix everything together well, then shape it into burger patties
Set a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil
The patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side until they turn golden brown
Place patties on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until they are fully cooked
Put it on your favorite buns and top it with whatever you like
