Peanut Butter Coffee Energy Balls



These Peanut Butter Coffee Energy Balls are perfect for a quick pick-me-up. Packed with the goodness of oats, peanut butter, and a caffeine kick from coffee, they'll keep you energized throughout the day. Plus, the addition of dark chocolate chips and cocoa powder adds a delightful chocolatey flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons ground coffee beans
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, ground coffee beans, dark chocolate chips, chopped roasted peanuts, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt

Mix the ingredients until well combined and the mixture starts to come together

Using your hands, shape the mixture into bite-sized energy balls

You can make them as big or small as you prefer

Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up

Once the energy balls have hardened, transfer them to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for an energy-boosting snack
