Paleo Chocolate Chip Brownie Scones



Indulge in the rich and chocolaty goodness of these Paleo Chocolate Chip Brownie Scones. Made with almond and coconut flour, these scones are gluten-free and perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings. They're easy to prepare and make for a delightful Paleo-friendly dessert or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Paleo-friendly
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts optional
  • Coconut oil for greasing
  • Optional: extra dark chocolate chips for topping

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a baking sheet with coconut oil

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt

In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, almond butter, eggs, and vanilla extract

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms

Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts if desired

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into scones on the prepared baking sheet

If desired, press a few extra dark chocolate chips onto the top of each scone for decoration

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the scones are firm and lightly browned

Remove from the oven and allow them to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving
