Pecan Crusted Honey-Mustard Salmon

There is a lot of flavor in this Pecan Crusted Honey-Mustard Salmon recipe. The honey and pecans add a nice crunch. This dish is delicious and can be used for both everyday dinners and special events.

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C

Put honey and Dijon mustard in a small bowl and mix them together

Salt and pepper the salmon fillets, and then brush the honey-mustard mixture on top of each one

Make sure the honey-mustard side of each salmon fillet is covered evenly with chopped pecans

A skillet that can go in the oven should have olive oil in it

Put the salmon fillets in the pan with the pecan side down

Toast the pecans for two to three minutes

Put the pan in an oven that has already been heated up and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked all the way through and flakes easily with a fork

Serve right away and enjoy!
