Ingredients:
- 300g spaghetti pasta
- 200g mixed seafood shrimp, mussels, calamari
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 can 400g diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti until it is al dente
Remove the water and set it aside
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
Add onion and garlic that have been minced
Saut until the onions are clear and the food smells good
Put the mixed seafood in the pan and cook it until it starts to turn opaque
Add the white wine and let it cook for a few minutes so that the liquid gets a little thinner
Mix in the tomato dices, and then add salt and pepper to taste
Let the sauce cook on low heat for five to seven minutes, or until it gets a little thicker
When you add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, toss it around so that the sauce covers all of it
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley
