Gluten-Free Cap Creations



Not only do these gluten-free Cap Creations taste great, they're also a fun way to present printable joke cards for lunchboxes. They're a great way to make your child's lunch more fun while still meeting their dietary needs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 24 printable lunchbox joke cards

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Mix the oats, almond flour, honey, melted coconut oil, and salt together in a bowl until everything is well mixed

Add small chocolate chips and mix well

Roll the dough into little balls, and then press them into mini muffin tins to make lids

Turn the pan golden brown after 10 to 12 minutes

Take out of the oven and let cool all the way down

Put a lunchbox joke card on top of each cap after it has cooled down
