Ingredients:
- 4 slider buns
- 4 small burger patties beef or your choice
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 slices of red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
Warm up your grill or pan on the stove by setting it on medium-high heat
Some salt and pepper should be added to the burger patties
Put the burger patties on the grill or pan and cook for two to three minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you like them more done
Add a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese to each patty in the last minute of cooking
Put the lid on top to melt the cheese
Separate the slider buns and toast them briefly on the grill or in a toaster while the patties are cooking
Make a sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and ketchup in a small bowl
Once the slider buns are toasty, spread the sauce on them
Put a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a red onion slice, and the patty with cheese on top of the bottom half of each bun
Add the other half of the bun on top to finish the slider
Enjoy while hot!
