Instructions: Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning should be used to season the chicken thighs. Put the Instant Pot on "Saute" and heat the olive oil. For two to three minutes on each side, brown the chicken thighs. Take the chicken out and set it aside. Use chicken broth to clear out the pot and scrape up any browned bits. Take out the garlic and add it. Cook for one minute. Take the pot out of "Saute" mode and add the chicken back in. Add heavy cream and salt and pepper to taste. Cover the chicken with the cheese. Add cream cheese on top. Put the Instant Pot in "Manual" mode for 8 minutes and close the lid. Do a quick pressure release when you're done. Take the chicken out of the pan and use two forks to shred it. Put the Instant Pot back into "Saute" mode and let the sauce cook down until it gets thick. Mix in the chicken shreds until they are covered in the sauce. Serve hot, and if you want, top with more Parmesan cheese.&
